摘要
目的:观察不同剂量氯化铝(0.5,1,2,4mmol/L)对豚鼠乳头状肌跨膜电位的影响。方法:利用细胞内微电极技术引导动作电位(AP),经微机采集AP图形并测算跨膜电位各参数。结果:AlCl_3对静息电位(RP)无明显影响;使动作电位时程(APD)先延长(P<0.05)后大幅度缩短(P<0.01),呈现双相效应;AlCl_3 2,4mmol/L使动作电位幅度(APA)及0期最大除极速度(Vmax)减小。结论:AlCl_3可能对Na^+内流有抑制作用,对Ca^(2+)内流呈现先促进后抑制的双相效应。
Objective:To observe the effects of aluminium (Al3+) chloride (0.5,1.2,4mmol/L)on transmembrane potential papillary muscles of guinea pig.Method:Action potential(AP)was conducted by means of intracellular microelectrode technique.The pattern of AP was collected and the parameters of thansmembrane potential were measured by computer.Result:A1C13 hadn't significant effect on restingpotential(RP),but it caused a biphasic change in action potential duration(APD),that is first APD was prolonged(P< 0.05),then APD was large shortened(P<0.01).A1C13(2,4 mmol/L) reduced action potential amplitude(APA) and maximal depolarization rate of 0 phase(Vmax).Conclusion:A1C13 may restrain the sodium ion inflow,and promote calcium inflow in early stage and restrain calcium inflow later stage.
