后颅凹肿瘤术中的脑干听觉诱发电位监测分析

ANALYSIS OF INTRAOPERATIVE MONITORING OF BAEP FOR TUMOR OF POSTCRANIAL FOSSA

目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位技术对后颅凹肿瘤术中监护的临床意义。方法:对16例后颅凹肿瘤患者进行术前检查,术中监护,并对BAEP各波波形、潜伏期进行分析。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长10例伴Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅲ—Ⅴ或Ⅰ—Ⅴ波波间期延长;波形分化不良或波幅较低6例;手术操作牵拉可引起BAEP不同程度变化。结论:后颅凹占位病变术中的BAEP监护,对保护听觉和脑干功能及术后功能的评估有重要意义。

Objectives To study clinical significance of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in the operation of tumors of postcranial fossa.Methods:16 patients were examined before operation and during operation.Their BAEPs were analysed on waveforms and peak latencies.Results;10 cases were prolonged for peak latency(PL)of I,III,V waves and also for interpeak latency(IPL) of I-V wave;6 cases were unclear on waveforms or lower on amplitudes.Tractions by surgical proceduces resut in changes of BAEP.Conclusions The mpnitoring of BAEP is of important significance in the protection of hearing and brainstem fumction and evaluation of the function after operation on patients with tumor of postcranial fossa.
