Studies on the western classic theory of appropriation

本文的目的是揭示西方古典据为财产理论的精神实质和学术价值。文章通过研究古典财产理论的重要代表人物格老秀斯、霍布斯、洛克、康德和黑格尔等人的思想，考察马克思对西方古典据为财产理论的评价及古典据为财产理论对马克思的影响；最后指出了古典据为财产理论的合理内核和历史价值。

The theory of appropriation is one of the important component parts Of the Western classic theory of property. In this paper are explored the basic viewpoints of the appropriation theory as well as the evolution thereof. In Sections 1 though 3, the views of the important representatives of the appropriation theory such as Grotius, Hobbes, Locke, Kant and Hegel, are examined. In Section 4, Marx's evaluation on the appropriation theory is reviewed. And finally in the conclusion the paper generallies and analyses the ban points and the historical value of the appropriation theory.
