低烟阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂的研制

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN WITH SMOKE AND FLAME RETARDANCE

利用阻燃剂—助阻燃剂—消烟剂三元复配体系制备了两种低烟阻燃不饱和聚酯。研究了阻燃剂复配体系中各组分含量对阻燃抑烟性能的影响，并探讨了阻燃、抑烟机理。

Two kinds of unsaturated polyester resins which had flame retardance and low optical density of smoke were prepared. The effect of flame and smoke retardants on the performance of the resins and the mechanism on flame and smoke resistance were investigated. The experiment showed that their resins and their glass reforced materials had oxygen index(ol) 35 and 38, optical density of smoke 100 and 120 respectively. The unsaturated polyesters prepared can be especially used for the manufactuning of glass fiber reinforced materials with fire proofing and smoke resisting property.
