H/G非骨水泥人工髋关节的临床应用

Clinical Application of Harris-Galante Total Hip Replacement

从1995年4月～1997年4月采用H/G非骨水泥人工髋关节，施行髋关节置换38例（44髋），其中33例（38髋）术后均随访2年。随访结果：术后平均Harris评分92．3分（术前平均Hdrris评分37．4分），优良率97．1％。7髋（占18．4％）大腿中段疼痛，无松动，无感染及下肢静脉栓塞。H/G非骨水泥人工髋关节具有设计精密，生物学固定良好等优点，适用于年轻、骨质条件良好的病人。近期疗效良好，远期疗效有待进一步观察。

From April 1995 to April 1997,44 total hip replacements with Harris-Galante total hipsystem were pefformed on 38 patients and 33 of them (38 hips) were followed up for 2yeaxs. The result showed that the average Harris function score after operation is 92. 3(bofore operation, 37. 4), the rate of cases with gdri result was 91 percent, 7 of the cases suffered from aches in the middle parts of the thighs, but no loosened hips, infections, or veinousembolism in the legs occurred, So, it is believed that Hdris-Galante prosthesis is perfectlydesigned and with statisfactory effect of biological fixation, it is suitable for patients who arerelatively young and with good condition of bones. Its efficacy of short-term seems rathergdri, but that of long term rernains to be further observed.
