摘要
本实验用NADPH黄递酶(NDP)组化方法观察了不同年龄的SD大鼠视网膜内NDP阳性神经元的发育情况。研究结果显示NDP神经元最早出现于P5(出生后第5天),数量较少,着色浅,随着年龄增长,NDP神经元数量明显增加,胞体位于内核层,突起伸向内网层,至P13~P15时,NDP神经元数量及突起分枝均达峰值,P23时NDP神经元密度下降,以周边视网膜较为明显,神经元突起分枝减少,突起主干可见串珠样膨大。视网膜内NDP神经元的密度及突起分枝的变化,提示NDP可能在视网膜内网层的突触形成过程中有一定作用。
This study has examined the development of cells in the rat retina which contained nicotinamid adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) diaphorase (NDP). NDP positive cells werefirst detected on postnatal day (P5). The density of the NDP cells was lower in early stage andincreased with the development of the rats. The Somata of the positive cells were detected in theinner part of the inner neuclear layer (INL) and their processes spread within the inner Plexiformlayer (IPL). The density and the processes reached maxima on P13 and P15. At P23, there wasa distinct reduction in the density and the number of positive processes. The change of the density of the cells and the processes suggested that NADPH-diaphorase might play a role in the information of synapses in the developing IPL.
