痛风肾病的临床特点

Clinical Identificaton of Gouty Nephropathy

本文报告痛风肾病男47例，女5例，根据主要临床特点可分为：1．无症状性蛋白尿及（或）血尿；2．慢性肾炎综合征；3．尿路感染综合征；4．慢性肾功能不全综合征；5．尿路结石综合征。临床表现多样化，血尿酸、尿尿酸本身有波动性，伴发病种多，易发生误诊和漏诊。本文对痛风肾病的临床特点和错误原因作了讨论。提出应重视对尿蛋白园盘电泳，尿红细胞位相及痛风结节内容物检测。

Fifty two cases of gouty nephropathy were reported in this paper. The clinical features include asymptomatic proteinuria and/or hematuria, chronic nephretis syndrome, urinary tract infection syndrome,chronic renal disfunction syndrome and urolithinsis syndrome. It was usuallymisdiagnosed or missed diagnosed due to the variation of clinical manifestation undulation ofblood/urine uric acid value and multiple of complications. The author analysed the clinical characteristic and mis/missed diagnosis reason of gouty nephropathy,and stressed the essential of theexamination of urine sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gelelectrophoreses (SDS-PAGE ),urine sediment phase- contrast microscopy and content analysis of gouty node.
