摘要
为了调查并获得豆状核的解剖学资料,并为脑的立体定向手术提供定位数据,作者调查了成人61只整脑122个豆状核的空间形态和位置。在三维切面上作2毫米厚的连续切片,获得豆状核的前后径、左右径、上下径,体积及“靶心”座标值,通过还原、重建、绘出空间投影轮廓图。本文明确了核团在脑内空间的整体构型。文章还将获得的结果与脑立体定向手术的关系进行了探讨。
In order to gain anatomicai data of lenticular nucleus. stereotactiC morphology and localization of 122 lenticular nuclei from 61 whole brains of odults were investigated in this paper. The data were obtained from a series of sections (2mm in thickness) of lenticular nuclei in three dimensions.including anteriorposterior diaeter, interiorlateral diameter and superiorinferior diameter. Volumes and coordinate values of target nuclei of the lenticular nuclei were also counted. By means of restoring and reconstructing, a stereotactic picture of outhoe prejection of lenticular nucleus was drawn, and a whole cotheuration of the lenticular nucleus in the bram space was estabushed by the studies. In addition,correlation of the results with stereotactic operations was discussed in this paper.
