动静脉血中钾钠离子浓度的对比观察 被引量:2

摘要 本文测定了23对动静脉血样本中钾和钠离子浓度(下以[K+]A、[K+]v、[K+]、[Na+]v表示),结果得[K+]A为3.53±0.55mmol/L(单位下同),[K+]v为4.47±0.67,两者存在显著的统计学差异,另其两者相关系数为0.57,具高度统计学意义,且求得回归方程为:[K+]v=1.96+0.71[K+]A。同样得[K+]A:为149.8±11.9,[K+]v为140.1±10.8.两者也具显著的统计学差异,其相关系数为0.82,具高度的统计学意义,且得回归方程为:[K+]v=28.4+0.75×[Na+]A。 In the investisation,we collected 23 pair of blood specimens from 23 patients' arteries and veins respectively,then the specimens' potassium and sodium deusity was deter - mined. The determination results show that [K+ ]A(K+deusity in ar-tery) is 3. 53±0. 55mmol/L (all following units are the same)[K+].(K+densit in vein) is 4. 47±0. 67. and difference of them is statistically significant. Correlation coefficient of them is 0. 57, and it also has highly statistically significance. According to abow all, we extracted regression equation of them, [K+]. = 1. 96 +0. 71 × [K+]A. With the same methods,we got [Na+]A (Na+ density in artery) and[Na+]. (Na+ density in vein ),149. 8±11.9 and 140.1±10. 8respectively. There is aiso significant difference between them. the correlation coefficient of them is 0. 82. having statistody significance,too. Their corresponding regression equation is [Na+],=28. 4+0.75±[Na+]A.
