党参和人参促记忆作用的对比研究

Comparative Study of Facilitatory Effect between Codonopsis Pilosula and Ginseng

用跳台法和迷宫法比较党参和人参的正丁醇提取物（CP－Ⅲ和Gs－Ⅲ）对小鼠记忆障碍的影响。CP－Ⅲ和Gs－Ⅲ可明显改善东莨菪碱（SCPL）、环乙酰亚胺（Cyc）和乙醇（Eth）引起的小鼠记忆障碍而戊巳比妥钠（PTB）引起的小鼠定向辨别障碍，且具一定的量效关系。CP－Ⅲ0．10.2g·kg－1使小鼠跳台错误次数明显低于对照组（P＜0.05和P＜0.01）。CP－Ⅲ和GS－Ⅲ0.2g·kg-1使小鼠在训练的d3～5受到电刺激后的正确逃避反应数均显著高于PTB组（P＜0.05）。结果表明，党参具有相似于人参的改善化学药物造成的记忆损害作用。

The n-butyl ethanol extracts of codonopsts pilosula (CP-Ⅲ ) and ginseng (GS -Ⅲ ) were used for iacilitation of memory tested by one trall passive avoidance response (step -down test ) and electric mase method in mthe. The memory impairments of acquisition, consolidation and recognition were induced by scopolamine,cyclohetoide and ethanol,respectively. CP-Ⅲ 0.1~0.4g·kg-1· d-1 and GS-Ⅲ 0. 1,0. 2g· kg-1·d-1 ip for 5d before training remarkably improved the 3 impairments (P<0.05 and P <0.01 respectively) in the stepdown test. And this action was related to the dosage used.The test was areo done by electric mare method in sodium pentobarbital - induced impairment of oreitation discdrimination .The number of correct responses in CP-Ⅲ and GS-Ⅲ groups was significantly more than that in the sodium pentobarbital group (P<0.05) on d 3~ 5 at the dose of0. 28·kg-1. These results indicated that codonopsis pilosuta had the same nootropic effect as ginseng.
