Abstract :From the viewpoint of discussing the concept and features of the new type of archival carrier, this article expounds the new type of archival carrier's influence on the management of archival bodies, the development of archival information, the quality of archival staff, the standard of archival work,and the change of people's ideas about archives and archival work, etc. It points out that the modernization of archival work is the only way for the development of archival work.
