慢性胃炎患者胃内白念珠菌、酵母菌带菌情况调查

Investigation on mycotic-carrying of candida albicans and yeast in stomach of patients with chronic superficial gastritis(Abstract)

本文报告99例慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃内真菌带茵情况。结果真菌生长阳性数97例,其中白念珠菌(?)4例,酵母菌22例,其带菌率分别为4.4%和22.2%。胃内真菌的种类较多,产毒能力和致病性不一。白念珠菌虽不是胃内的优势菌,但对其条件致病性的研究应引起重视。

In this paper,the situation of mycotic-carrying presented in stomach of patients with chronic superficial gastritis in 99 cases were reported.On the result,positive fungus was isolated in 97 cases.Among them Candida albicans and yeast were isolated in 4 and 22,the mycotic- carrying rate were 4.4% and 22.2% respectively.There are many kinds of fungus in stomach,their toxicity and pathogenicity were different. Although Candida albicans don't occupy a dominant position,we must pay attention to the research of the opportunistic pathogenicity.
