摘要
目的：研究心理应激对动物记忆及行为所产生的影响。方法：对3实验模型组的大白鼠进行噪音刺激，并设对照组，观察各实验组5、10、20天时的被动回避条件反射、旷场等记忆和行为反应。结果：由于嗓音引起的心理应激会导致大白鼠发生记忆能力减退、户外活动能力、惊党等行为异常的变化。结论：心理应激可能对人们记忆及行为变化方面具有非常重要的意义。
Objective This paper is to study the effect of psychological stress on SD - rats' memory and behavfor.Msthod We have adopted noses to disturb the three experimental groups and the groups of antitheses have also been set up to observe the memories and actions such as the condition reflex and open field, etc. after each group has been treated for 5, 10 and 20 days respectively. Rcsut Psychofogital stress caused by the noise disturbance will bring about the abnormal changes of SD - rats such as amusal, memory dindnuion, etc. Conclusion Probably psycholoical stress is of great importance to the changes of memory and action of human beings.
