摘要
目的：研究支气管动脉灌注化疗对中、晚期肺癌的疗效。方法：通过对39例肺癌的选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗76次。结果：39例肺癌中，33例存活，其中14例已存活1年以上。完全缓解5例，部分缓解28例，无效6例，近期有效率为84．5％。结论：选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗对中、晚期肺癌患者有明显的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Bronchial Arterial Infusion(BAI) with chemotheraputicagents to advanced lung cancer Methods 39 cases of primary advanced lung cancer were treated by BAI 76 times. Results of the 39 cases, through the treatment, 33 cases survived and among them 14 cases had survived longer than one year. 5 cases were completly remitted and 28 cases were partially remitted, but the other 6 cases wer unresponsive to the treatment. The observative effective rate was 84. 5%. Conclusion The selective BAI is effetive to cases of advanced lung cancer.
