氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定天然水中痕量锑方法探讨

摘要 本文对氢化物发生原子吸收光谱测定天然水中痕量锑的方法进行了探讨.该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准动等优点.本文对有关实验条件和数据进行了验证,得出最低检出限为2ng.若取100ml水样分析,其最低检出浓度0.02μg/L.10、20、40ng锑含量水平标准溶液和含锑3.18ng天然水样精密度(以CV计)为1.2%~13.7%,水样加标回收率为95%~105%.该法对河水、湖水、自来水.井水等10种水样测定,发现多数水样含量为0.012~0.086μg/L. This paper is to describe the determination of antimony in natural wnter with hydride generation atomic absorption spectroscopy. The method is handy,quick, sensitive and accurate. forough checking the relevant experiment conditions and data, we obtained a detection limit of antimony, 2ng. The precision of natural water smple containing 3. 18ng of antimony and standard solution in 10, 20, 40ng levels of antimony content wns 1. 2%~13. 7%, and the recovery rate of wnter sanples added with standard sanples wns 95%~105%. With this method, we analysed ten kinds of water samples,including river wnter, lake wnter, running water and well water, etc, and found that most of the natural water's antimony contents was less than 0. 10μg/L.
