利多卡因应用于人工流产术200例分析

Investigation on Application of Lidocaine to Induced Abortion

本文时200例6～12周内自愿要求终止妊娠者施行人工流产术.其中100例采用2％利多卡因棉签扩张麻醉宫颈，另100例采用常规方法作对照进行对比分析．结果得出采用利多卡因棉签扩张麻醉宫颈组在术中疼痛，人工流产综合征的发生和对照组比较都有显著性差异．提示利多卡因应用于人工流产可减轻术中疼痛，减少人工流产综合征的发生．

In this investigation, 200 cases volunteering to terminate pregnancy during the first trimester (6~12 weeks) of pregnancy were given induced abortion. 100 of the cases (as experimental group) accepted anaesthesia and dilatation of uterine cervix with 2% lidocaine cotton stick, the other 100 cases (as control group) accepted regular induced abortion. The results showed that the lidocaine cotton sticks could dilatate the cervixes and alleviate the operation pain, thus reduced the complications of the abortion. There was significant difference when the two groups were compared with each other. It is demonstrated that anaesthesia with lidocaine cotton stick is a simple, convenient and effective method of induced abortion.
