摘要
用不同剂量维生素D3肌注兔子后，发现吞噬细胞吞噬功能与对照组相比较．均有显著增强；小剂量组（3万u／kg）和大剂量组（30万u／次）相比较，前者吞噬细胞吞噬功能比后者显著增强。因此，我们认为小剂量维生素D3不仅能有效防治佝偻病，避免维生素D3中毒，而且又能充分发挥其免疫增强的功能。
Two different doses of VitD3 were taken by rabbits through muscle injection. and the phagocytic function of the rabbitds' pbagocytes were determined. The results showed that, there was a significant enhancement in the phagocytic function of the phagocytes from the VitD3 -taking rabbits when compared with that from the non -VitD3-taking rabbits,and the phagocytic function of the small-dose (30000u/kg) group was even more powerful than that of the large -dose (30000u/kg) group. Therefore, we thought that taking small dose of VitD3 could not only prevent from rachitis and avoid poisoning,but aiso could improw the immunologic function of the bodies
