头颈部血管瘤的血管内栓塞治疗附5例报告

Treatment of Cephalocevical Vascular Tumors with Endovascular Embolization

分别采用α－氰基丙烯酸正丁酯、明胶海绵和自体肌肉经血管内栓塞治疗5例巨大的头颈部血管瘤，效果满意。结合文献讨论了不同栓塞材料的特点及其适应症、栓塞的技术要点和从栓塞治疗并发症的防治等问题。

Five cases of giant cephalocevical vascular tumors were embolized with NBCA, gelatin sponge and selfmuscle through endovascular approach and the therapeutic effectiveness was satisfactory. Characteristics of the various embolizing materials were described, and the indications, complications and technique essentials of the embolization were also discussed in this paper.
