硬膜外腔注射治疗根性坐骨神经痛30例观察

Investigation on 30 Permanent Sciatica Cases Treated with Peridural Injection

根据病程对30例根性坐骨神经病病人作临床分组，分别通过硬膜外腔注射复方镇痛液、能量合剂并辅以推拿、牵引等均取得了良好的治疗效果，总有效率达93％以上，经分析认为对急性疼痛治疗效果颇佳。

In this investisation. 30 cases of permanent sciatica were divided into two groups according to their disease,courses,and they were treated with compound analgesic fluid and energy mixture respectively by peridutal injection. After the injection, massages and tractions were used in the cases as supplementary treatnents. Through all the above treatments,we got following satisfactory results, the total effective rate of the treatments was more than 93 percent. It is demonstrated that the injection treatment is much more effective to the acute sciatica cases.
