燃气电厂和液化天然气接收站作为一类新的工程项目，在国内已有开展。广东院在国内尚无规程规范的情况下，依据国外有关公司的标准和要求，承接并完成了广东燃气电厂和液化天然气接收站初期勘察工作。

The engineering geology exploration and design works for gas-fired thermal power plant and LNG terminal station are begining to be done in China. But the code for that has not been drawn up,so we have fulfilled the exploration works based on the related standard and requirement of some overseas corporations. This paper is a reference only for civil geologic and geotechical engineeer.
