摘要
科研项目“‘3S’系统在超高压送电线路中的应用研究”（简称“3S”项目），是电规总院“九五”期间重点科研项目之一。该项目具体研究内容，就是以“3S”技术为基础，建立架空送电线路地理信息系统（OTLGIS）。本文将从系统工程概念出发，就“3S”科研项目总体设计的有关问题，即OTLGIS系统工程的目标、流程及框架等问题进行介绍。
《The application technique research about '3S' system in the super high-voltage trans-mission line》 (Called '3S' item for short) is one of the important scientific research items of Power Programming & Design General Institute during the schedul of the 9th 5-year. Its material content is how establish Geographic Information System for Overhead Transmission Line (OTLGIS) that is based on '3S' technique. This paper will introduce design schedul of the '3S' scientific research item, as well as the taget, the flow and the frame of OTLGIS system engineering so that everyone can know it.
