摘要 由于北方平原的自然地理特点:地形平坦开阔,地面坡度平缓,河流与沟渠相间分布且防洪标准偏低(皆不超过20年一遇),遇有暴雨洪水便泛滥成灾,河流与沟渠相互串通,形成一片汪洋,使得洪水边界难于确定,洪水来源难于定向,从而导致工程地点的设计洪量与洪水位的分析计算难于推求。因此,本文结合工程的实例,针对这类问题进行了分析计算,对北方平原地区设计洪水计算提供了一种途径。 How to provide correct and reasonable design flood calculation achievements in thenorth plain area, it will link with define of the flood control plan on the power plant and substationmeaning to economy and safe,this is also much-need to solve question which other plants and citiesnood control. According to the natural geographical characteristic of the north plain the terrain issmooth and open, the slope is gently on the ground, the river and both irrigation canals and ditchesare scattered altemately. Their nood control stake is lower (not to reach one time per 20 years),when the' rainstom is take place, the flood run rampant, the river and irrigation canals and dithesare joined eath other, the flood like ocean on the ground. It makes nood rambleing and don' t knowwhere is it come from, this is difficulty that calculation and analyse of design f1ood. Thereforethis thesis makes a project example try to provide a way in the north plain area.
