摘要
经1996—1997两年的试验,结果表明,宣化牛奶葡萄单用赤霉素处理,无核率很低(<50%)。用赤霉素加链霉素处理后,无核率明显提高,各处理中以赤霉素25ppm 加链霉素400ppm 效果最好。
The test of seedless of Niunai grape was conducted from 1996 to 1997.The resultshowed that the seedless rate was very low(>50%),if the Niunai grape was treated on-ly with streptomycin.When treated with gibberellin and streptomycin,the seedless raterises evidently.And treated with gibberellin 25ppm,streptomycin 400ppm,the resultis best.
