产蛋母鸡血循中记忆B细胞数量与卵黄中I_gY效价的关系

MEMORY B LYMPHOCYTES IN CIRCULATION OF LAYING HENS: A RELIABLE INDICATOR FOR HIGHER TITRE OF IMMUNITY?

应用细胞化学法和精子凝集反应研究鸡血循中记忆B细胞数量与卵黄中抗鸡精子I_gY效价的关系。鸡血涂片按古德全改良法显示记忆B细胞(MBL)。卵黄I_gY用35％硫酸铵溶液提取。I_gY效价用精子凝集反应法检测。结果发现,随着卵黄I_gY效价的升高,血循中记忆B细胞数量也相应增加。这提示血循中MBL数量的增多可作为判断免疫效果的一个指标。

This study was designated to elucidate the relationship between the number of mer-mory B lymphocytes (MBL)in circulation of laying hens and titre of IgY in egg yolk. Cy-to chemistry for staining MBL and sperm agglutination fest for the assay of titre of IgYwere employed in this experiment. It was found that the number of MBL increased asthe titre of IgY was arising This result indicated that it could be possible to considey theincreased number of MBL in circulating blood as an indicator of higher titre of humoualimmunity in chiken.
