上海八所福利院500位老人生活满意度调查

Life Satisfaction or Elders in Shanghai Social Welfare Hospitals

采用“生活满意指数A（LSIA）量表”对上海市8所福利院中500名60岁以上的老人生活满意度及其影响因索进行了调查，结果表明，福利院的老人对生活状况的感受是乐观的，心理状态是健康的。影响老人生活满意度的主要因素是对居住条件、受人尊重、健康状况、参与活动、亲友探望，与人相处的自我满意程度。

To investigate the life satisfactionand its affected factors of the old. Method An investigation was held with Life Satisfaction index A(LSIA) on the 500 elders in Shanghai social welfarehospitals whose ages were over sixty. Results Theresults showed that the elders felt optimistic to theirexisting living condition, but their psychologicalstate was healthy. It also indicated that the main factors to influence the life satisfaction were degree ofself - content to living condition , being respected,health condition,participation in activities,being visited by relatives and communicating with others.Conclusion It suggests to communicate with the oldin aspect of affection.
