CCMD—2—R、DSM—IV和ICD—10海洛因依赖综合征项目的分析

Analysis of Diagnosis Items for Heroin Dependence of CCMD-2-R,DSM-IV and ICD-10

为探讨不同诊断标准对海洛因依赖诊断的准确和一致性，对30名研究对象采用与CCMD—2—R，DSM—IV和ICD—10相配的定式或半定式临床检查表进行调查，全部研究对象均符合3个海洛因依赖标准，但CCMD—2—R较ICD—10的标准要求低．CCMD—2—R中的体验到快感项目与依赖综合征的含义不符．另外，还进行了项目内部一致性及因子分析．结果提示CCMD—2—R可在再版中进行修订．

Toinvestigate the consistency and accuracy for the diagnosis of heroin dependence in different diagnostic criteria.Method Thirty subjects were interviewed by structured or semi-structured clinical interview form which was consistent with CCMD - 2,DSM - Iv and ICD - 10.Results It was found that all subjects met the criteria for heroindependence,but the criteria requirement of CCMD-2 -R was lower than that of ICD-10. The experience of pleasant sensation of CCMD-2-R was inconsistent with the meaning of dependence syndrome. The inter-item consistency and factor analysis of the three systems were also studied. Conclusion It suggests that CCMD-2-R may be revised in next edition.
