摘要
为比较精神疾病患者有关临床变量的城乡差异，采用回顾性病例对照研究，对在我院同期首次连续人院的203例城市患者和307便乡村患者的临床变量进行比较，发现两组患者在文化程度、入院前病程、住院天数、入院前就医方式、精神疾病诊断分布上存在显著性差异．
To compare the difference of clinical variables between mental patients living in urban and rural areas. Method 203 urban patients and 307 rural patients who were consecutively admitted to the hospital in the same peroid of time were comparatively analysed in several clinical variables by the retrospective control study. Results It was found the significant difference between urban and rural patients in the education level,the course of illness before admission,hospitalization days, treatment method before admission and the diagnoses distribution. Conclusion it suggests a 'cultural distance'between urban and rural areas,which can possibly influence some character of mental patients.
