摘要
在心肌缺血—再灌注实验动物模型中,研究了鹿茸精和异搏停的抗心肌缺血—再灌注损伤作用。结果提示,鹿茸精有较好的抗心肌缺血—再灌注心律失常作用,能减轻细胞结构损伤,改善左室的收缩和舒张功能,是一个较好的抗缺血—再灌注损伤药物。
The effec of antiischemia-reperfusion injury of pantocrin and verapamil were studied in the model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion of animal experiment.The ersults suggest that pantocrin has better effects of antiischemia-reperfusion and alleviates cellular structure injury and improves left ventricular systolic as well as diastolic function.It is a better drug of antiischemia-reperfusion injury.
