摘要 报道了用三种不同方法制备的PMo_(11)V_2Cs_(0.5)Cu_(0.1)杂多酸催化剂的结构、性质及MAL气相氧化为MAA的催化活性。实验结果表明:三种催化剂具有相同的一级结沟,二级结构略有不同,MAL在杂多酸上氧化为MAA为表面型反应,催化活性与催化剂的比表面呈线性关系,催化剂比表面大,催化活性好。此外催化剂的表面酸性(量、强度和酸位类型)对催化活性也有一定影响,催化剂中适宜的酸量,较低的中强酸位的强度能使催化剂呈现较高的催化活性,由喹啉沉淀杂多酸法制得的催化剂,方法简单,收率高,易于工业生产,并且对MAL氧化为MAA有较好的催化活性与选择性。 In this paper,PMo11V1S0.5Cu0.1 catalyst are prepared by three different means. We heve studied the structures,properties of the catalyst and catalytic activity for gas phase oxidation of methacrolein(MAD to produce methacrylic acid(MAA). Experimental result is observed. Three Catalysts are of the same the primary structure. The secordary structure is different slightly. The gas phase oxidation of MAL to produce MAA is a 'surface type' reaction,the catalyst activity and the specific surface area of the catalyst shows a linaear relation.The surface area is bigger,the catalyst activity is better. In addition,the acidic properties (amount,strength and type of acid sites) of the catalyst surface affected the catalytic activity too,proper acid amount andmedium-acid-site strengh in the catalyst can make it have higher catalystic activity. The catalysts can been prepared by way of quinoline precipitation. It provides best catalystic activity and selectivity for gas phase oxidation of MAL to produce MAA.
