摘要
在pH=11.7的B—R缓冲溶液和甲醇:水=1:1底液中,1—(4—硝基萘)—3—(4—偶氮苯基苯)—三氮烯(Cadion2B)可产生良好的还原波。其浓度在2×10^(-5)~1×10^(-8)mol/L范围内与一阶导数峰电流成良好的线性关系,检测下限可达8×10^(-9)mol/L。方法用于实验废液中题示试剂的测定,结果良好。
The polarographic behavior of Nitronaphthalenediazoaminobenzene-4'-azobenzene (Cadion2B) is studied on the mercury electrode. There are three polarographic peaks at pH11.7.Under the measuring condition,the dependence of the peak(P0) height on the analytical concentration is linear in the concentration rangs from 2×10~5~1 ×10~8mol/L,and the determination limit is 8×10~9mol/L.
