摘要
研究新试APNBT课题与汞显色反应的最佳条件,在TrtonX—100存在下,pHl0.4~12.0范围内汞(Ⅱ)与试剂形成黄色配合物,组成为1:2,最大吸收波长为450nm,ε’为8.88×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),在535nm处,试剂的吸收与配合物的吸收差值最大,ε’为1.18×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),线性范围0~20μgHg(Ⅱ)/25mL,以双硫腙萃取汞(Ⅱ),分离干扰元素,成功地测定了合成试样和天然水中的汞,加入回收率为96%~102%。
A method of determination of mercury by spectrophotometry with 1-(4-an-tipyrinyl) -3-(4 - nitrophenyl) - triazene (APNBT)has been developed. Beer' s Lwa is obeyed for mercury (II) in the range of 0-20ug/25ml. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.77×105cm-1. The proposed method is applied successfully to the determination of mercury in natural water and synthetic samples. The coefficient of variation is less than 4.0% and the recovery for added standard mercury reaches 96. 0% -102%.
