新试剂乙氧基苯并噻唑重氮氨基硝基苯的合成及与镉的显色反应研究 被引量:3

摘要 报道新试剂乙氧基苯并噻唑重氮氨基硝基苯(EtOBTDANB)的合成,并研究了该试剂与镉的显色反应。实验表明,在Triton X—100存在下,pH=10.3—10.8的Na_2B_4O_7—NaOH缓冲体系中,镉与试剂形成1:1的橙黄色络合物,最大吸收位于395nm,而在495nm处络合物与试剂的吸收差值最大,若以395nm为参比波长,495nm为测量波长时,其ε=2.95×1O^5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),镉含量在O-240ug/L范围内符合比耳定律,并对地面水与人发中镉含量进行了测定,结果满意。 The synthesis of Ethoxylbenzothiazolyldiazoaminonitrobenzene (EtOBTDANB) and the condition of color reaction with Cd (II) are reported,Results show that the color reagent reacts with Cd(II) to form a stable orang-yellow comples(1:1)in the presence of Triton X -100 and at pH=10. 6,the maximum absorption and the maximum negative absorption are 395nm and 495nm respectively,if the double-wavelength spectrophotometry was used,the reference wavelength is 395nm and measurement wavelengt is 495nm,the apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 95x105L. mol^1 .cm-1 ,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -240ug/L,the method has been applied to the direct determination of Cadmium in ground water and human hair with satisfactory results.
