摘要
从高校旅游专业的特点出发,用实例分析和论述了利用实习生资源的优势和存在的问题。并提出了利用这一资源做好店校结合工作的方法和途径。
Based on the characteristics of the tourism specialty in college,an analysis through examples is made of the advantages of and problems in the utilization of the resources of the tourism probationers from college,then some measures are suggested for the cooperation between school and hotel by means of these resources
