直流等离子体发射光谱法测定地质样品中的痕量稀土元素

DETERMINATION OF REE OF SAMPLES BY DIRECTCURRENT PLASMA EMISSION SPECTROMETRY

报道了用国产７３２型阳离子交换树脂分离富集、ＤＣＰ－ＡＥＳ测定地质样品中Ｙ及１４种稀土元素的方法。回收率在７６．７％～１０９％之间，各元素检出限为１．２０ｎｇ／ｍＬ～３６ｎｇ／ｍＬ，方法的精密度（ｎ＝６）为１．６％～４．３％。经几种国家标准物质及岩石样品分析验证，结果令人满意。

The separation and enrichment of samples by the homemade 732 cation exchange resin, and determination of Y and 14 REE of samples by DCP-AES are reported. The recovery ratio ranges from 76.7% to 109%. The detection limit is between 1.2ng/ml and 36ng/ml, and RSD of this method goes 1.6%～4.3%. The technique was tested by standard material of some countries with satisfaction.
