论亲权──兼论设立我国亲权制度的迫切性

亲子关系是最重要的社会关系之一，亲子法在近现代的民事立法中占据着相当重要的地位.而我国由于历史的原因和思想认识上的偏差，一直未专设亲权制度.尽快建立和完善亲权制度及恢复亲权制度在我国民事立法中的应有地位，是进一步完善我国社会主义法制的必然要求.

The relationship between parents and children is the most important one in human society. The Code of Filius sanguis plays a very important role in the modern and contemporary law-making on civil legislation. However,because of the historical reasons and the deviation from ideological recognition, the system of parental rights has not been established in our country. It is necessary to establish and improve the system of parental rights and restore its due position in our civil legislation in order to perfect our socialist legal system.
