摘要
论述铁道部第三工程局修建黎塘-钦州地方铁路飞龙深水大桥,研制和使用水上浮吊施工的做法和经验。对水上浮吊的组成结构、拼装和使用方法作了详细阐述。通过使用,浮吊与缆索吊相比,具有投资少、行动灵活、起重力大、作用范围大、安全性能较好、检修工作量和费用小等优点。使用浮吊是深水大桥施工中,满足施工现场起重、运输工作的一种理想方案,可供借鉴。
The Feilong Bridge on the Litang Qinzhou local raiway was built by the Third Engineering Bureau of MOR.The construction method and the experiences for building this bridge within the deep water by using the floating crane are described in this paper.The structural composition of the floating crane and its assembly and application methods are expounded.Through the application and by comparision with the cable crane,the floating crane has the following advantages, such as the low investment,flexible movement,high hoisting capacity,wide action scope,etc,as well as better safety and low maintenance period and cost.The floating crane is an idea scheme used in the costruction of bridge within the deep water to fulfill the lifting and transport works in the construction site.
