DESIGN OF POST EVALUATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR RAILWAY PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL STAFF AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

摘要 本文论述了如何利用路内广泛使用的干部数据库,对铁路系统每年进行的专业技术职务评审所需材料进行计算机系统管理,以期实现对参评对象有关信息从干部数据库自动进行转录和职称评审的全方位管理。利用这一职评管理系统软件可显著地减少重复劳动,提高工作效率,规范职评工作程序,提高职评材料质量。 The cadre data base has been widely used in railway departments.By utilizing this data base,a computer systematical management may be put forward based on the informations which are required for the evaluation of the professional technical posts accomplished every year in the railway department.The relative informations concerned with the evaluated personnel may be transferred from the data base and the overall management may proceed after the title of the professional post has been evaluated.The utilization of the software for the post evaluation management system may significantly decrease the repeated labour,raise the working efficiency,standardize the working procedure of post evaluation and improve the quality of informations.
