摘要
本文阐述了空调水系统的组成部分以及各部分的设计要点。通过对以往工作经验的总结,指出了如何通过合理地选择空调水系统的制冷机来节约能耗、提高系统运行效率。并对目前我国空调水系统设计中常用的几种形式,如:单级泵系统、二级泵系统及新兴的单环路变流量系统作以详细的技术分析和经济比较,提出利用变速制冷机调节制冷机流量,配合变速水泵调节循环水量,采用DDC控制系统,将是我国今后空调设计的趋势。同时从施工的角度指出空调设计中应注意的问题以及解决这些问题的方法。
The paper expounds the component parts of the AC hydraulic system and the main points in their design,and presents how to save energy and improve efficiency of the system by chosing chillers rationally and correctly.By analysing the main types of design for the AC hydraulic system and based on the comparison of the various economic functions,it advances that the direction of AC design is to use variable speed chillers and variable pumps matching with DDC control system.At the same time,from installing angels,the author points out some problems in AC hydraulic system and the methods to solve them.
