摘要
论文指出桥渡水害原因有先天性的、有后天性的。在扼要总结既有桥防护措施经验教训的基础上，分别提出先天性原因水害和后天性原因水害的预防方法。最后提出组织“提高短系列资料推算设计洪水准确性”的研究课题和加强既有桥的检测、监测等一系列提高桥渡抗洪能力减少水害的对策。
The paper analyses the flood disasters of one hundred fifty five bridge crossings. It is found out that some causes of the disas ters are belong to congenital shortages which are created due to design and some causes are belong to posterior matters which are unexpected during design.The paper enumerates the control methods which had been used to control the disasters and proposes a series of measures to resist the flood disaster of bridge crossing.
