摘要
在无紊流条件下,硫酸铝去除直接黄棕D3G的混凝反应符合异向凝聚动力学特征,反应速率常数k与T/成正比,并随pH值的变化而变化。异向凝聚过程中有效碰撞系数值为0.154,表明染料颗粒在硫酸铝的作用下脱稳已比较完全。
When the turbulent fluctuation in coagulation system is avoided, the coagulation reaction is dominated by perikinetic flocculation. Experimental results show that the coagulation reaction of Direct Yellow Brown D3G by Al2 (SO4) 3 is a two-order reaction and the reaction constant K is proportional to T/. which agrees with the perikinetic flocculation theory perfectly. The decreasing of pH on coagulation increases the aggregating degree of dye molecular in aqueous solution, which decreases K. On the other hand, it weakens the surface charge of dye molecular, which facilitates the coagulation reaction and increases K. The two factors lead to an optimum pH for coagulation, which is 3.87 according to this paper. At pH 7.20 and room temperature, the effective collision coefficient is 0. 1 54, which indicates the dye particles are well destabilized by Al2(SO4)3 in aqueous solution.
