摘要
江西省泰和赣江特大桥是京九铁路重点工程之一,全长1900.2m,52个墩台。基础设计为1.5m钢筋混凝土灌注桩,共86根。全桥水文地质情况复杂,深水基础施工是该桥施工的重要难点之一。本文详述了深水基础的施工方法,着重阐述关键工序的控制方法和对施工质量控制所采取的措施,可供同类桥梁基础设计、施工参考。
The Ganjiang extra long bridge at Taihe of Jiangxi Province was one of the important engineering projects on the Jing Jiu Railway.The length of this bridge is 1900 02 m with 52 pier abutments.The foundations of the bridge were designed as 86 reinforced concrete grouting piles.The hydrogeologic conditions along the whole bridge were very complex,and therefore ,the construction of its foundations under the deep water became one of the most difficult points in the construction of this bridge.The paper descirbes the method for constructing these bridge foundations in the deep water in detail,and expounds emphatically the controlling mehods for the key working procedures and the measures applied for controlling the construction qualities.They are valuable as reference for the design and the construction of this kind of bridge foundations in the deep water.
