摘要 90年代以来,遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)等技术,即“三S”技术有了较大发展,为铁路地质灾害的防治开辟了新的前景。本文思路新颖,提出以“三S”技术为主要手段,建立“三S”地质灾害信息立体防治系统,强调立体防治,强调实用。在地质灾害发生时间的预测预报方面,提出不同于传统思路的全新概念,即地质灾害发生时间的预测不提出具体时间,而是相对的、随机的时间概念。 From the 1990s,there was a rapid development of 3S techniques,i.e.Remote Sensing (RS),Geographical Information System(GIS)and Global Positioning System(GPS),which develop a new propect for preventive treatment of railway geologic disasters in China.The paper gives a novel thinking and proposes to establish a railway 3S spacial preventive treatment system of geologic disaster informations,taking the 3S techniques as the essential measures and emphasizing the spacial preventive trreatment and its practicableness.For forecast the time of occurrence of the geologic disaster,a perfect new concept which is different from the traditional thinking has been proposed.Here,no definite time will be given for forecasting the time of occurrence of the geologic disaster,while the time concept is relative and random.
