施工项目机械管理探讨

EXPLORATION ON MACHINERY MANAGEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

在施工技术不断发展，施工运行体制不断更新的今天，各种不同内容、不同形式的管理对象对管理方法不断提出新的要求，其中有些已形成规模，需要做出系统的探所。本文通过对施工企业（母系统）机械管理和施工项目（子系统）机械管理不同的比较，分析了施工项目机械管理的特点，对其原则、任务、方法、做出了系统的论述。最后，综合分析指出了搞好施工项目机械管理的几个关键点。

Nowadays,the construction technologies are developed continuously and the construction's operating systems are also renewed continuously.New requirements on the method of management are proposed for the managed objects with different contents and forms.It is necessary to make some systematic exploration on the managed objects which are developed into certain degree.Based on the comparison of machinery management between the construction enterprise and the engineering project,the specialities of the machinery management for the construction project are analyzed.Its principle,missions and methods are expounded systematically.Finally,several key aspects for doing well the machinery management of construction projects are pointed out through comprehensive analysis.
