摘要
提出了宁波经济可持续发展环境计划中地理信息系统建设的基本思路、技术构架和设计方法，并对该系统的效益作了预见。
A basic frame of thought, technology and methodologies to develop a GIS For environmental planning for sustainable economic growth in Ningbo is established. The paper also foresees the benefits that the system will bring.
