摘要
目的:探讨精氨酸加压素(AVP)与高血压发病和血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)脂质过氧化的关系以及CoQ10的干预作用。方法:培养大鼠主动脉VSMC,测定其脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,观察AVP对VSMC脂质过氧化的影响和CoQ10对此作用的调节。结果:①AVP有明显的促VSMC脂质过氧化作用,且时间愈长,作用愈显著;②CoQ10对AVP的促LPO生成有明显的抑制作用,并随浓度增高作用增强。结论:AVP参与高血压发病可能与其促VSMC脂质过氧化作用有关;CoQ10具有抑制AVP促VSMC脂质过氧化作用。
Purpose:To study the relationships between:(1)arginine vasopressin(AVP) and the pathogenesis of hypertension;(2) AVP and lipid peroxide(LPO), and to explore the regulative action of coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) on them. Methods: By using the cultured aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) of rats, the content of LPO and its changes in VSMC induced by AVP were detected, as well as the regulative action of CoQ10 on them.Results:(1) AVP significantly enhanced the production of LPO in VSMC, the longer the time,the more apparent the effect; (2) CoQ10 significantly inhibited the effect of LPO production in VSMC induced by AVP, the higher the CoQ10 concentration, the more apparent the effect.Conclusion: The effect of AVP on pathogenesis of hypertension may be related with its enhancement of production of LPO in VSMC. CoQ10, which could inhibit the effect of AVP, may has an important significance in prevention and treatment of hypertension.
