摘要
1目的 探讨 P5 3基因突变与眼睑恶性肿瘤发生的关系及临床病理学意义。 2方法 采用微波处理免疫组化 L SAB法 ,检测了 10 2例眼睑恶性肿瘤组织中 P5 3基因的表达。 3结果 原位癌及浸润癌 P5 3基因的表达强于正常上皮、轻度不典型增生及中度不典型增生组织 (H c=2 4.45 ,P<0 .0 5 )。鳞状细胞癌 (SCC)中低分化型癌的 P5 3基因表达强于高、中分化型 (H c=7.12 ,P<0 .0 5 )。眼睑 SCC,基底细胞癌及睑板腺癌的表达率分别为5 0 .0 % ,5 6 .6 % ,5 8.8% ,明显高于正常上皮组织及不典型增生组织 (χ2 =16 .73~ 2 5 .5 9,P均 <0 .0 1)。4结论 P5
Objective To study the relationship between P5 3gene mutation and cutaneous eyelid tumors and it's significence of clinical pathology. Methods The expression of P5 3 gene in 10 2 cutaneous eyelid tumors was examined by LSAB immunohistochemical technique. Results Although overexpression of P5 3gene wasn't detected in adjacent normal epithelium and mild dysplasias,the positive rate of P5 3 increased by degree in moderate dysplasias,severe dysplasias,carcinoma in situ and invasive tumors.The overexpression of P5 3gene was detected in16 cases of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) ,30 cases of basal cell carcinoma(BCC) ,10 cases of sebaceous gland carcinoma of the eyelid. There was a significant negative correlation between the intensity of P5 3 gene and degree of histological differentiation in SCC (H c=7.12 ,P<0 .0 5 ) . Conclusion P5 3 gene mutation might play an important role in the occurance and developm ent of eyelid tumors.
