蒲元胃康治疗慢性胃炎的效果

EFFECT OF PU-YUAN-WEI-KANG ON CHRONIC GASTRITIS

1目的 观察蒲元胃康治疗慢性胃炎的效果。 2方法 将纤维胃镜和病理检查确诊为慢性胃炎的10 0例病人随机分为 2组 ,采用双盲给药法。治疗组 5 6例 ,服蒲元胃康 ;对照组 44例 ,服含淀粉的安慰剂。 3结果治疗组 5 6例中 ,5 3例症状改善 ,总有效率为 94.6 % ,明显高于对照组 (18.2 % ) ,差异有极显著性 (χ2 =6 6 .33,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组浅表性胃炎 35例中 ,2 8例病理改善 ,总有效率为 80 .0 % ,明显高于对照组 (2 1.4% ) ,差异有极显著性(χ2 =2 2 .6 2 ,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗组萎缩性胃炎 2 1例中 ,13例病理改善 ,总有效率为 6 1.9% ,明显高于对照组 (19.8% ) ,差异有极显著性 (直接概率 P=0 .0 0 9) ;治疗组幽门螺杆菌阴转 19例 ,有效 16例 ,总有效率为 6 2 .5 % ,明显高于对照组 (11.4% ) ,差异有极显著性 (χ2 =2 7.76 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 蒲元胃康是一纯中药制剂 ,治疗慢性胃炎的效果好、副作用少、服药方便 。

Objective To study the treatment effect of PU-YUAN-WEI-KANG on chronic gastritis. Methods 10 0 patients with chronic gastritis confirmed by gastroscope and pathology were divided into two groups according to randomized and double blind m ethods. 5 6 patients in treatment group were given PU -YUNA-WEI-KANG and 44patients in control group were given starch placebo. Results The clinical symptoms in5 3outof5 6 patients in the treatment group were improved,the total ef- fective rate was 94.6 % ,which was significantly higher than thatof the control group(18.2 % ) (χ2 =6 6 .33,P<0 .0 1) . The patho- logical patterns in 2 8out of 35 patients with superficial gastritis were improved in the treatm entgroup,the effective rate(80 .0 % ) was significantly higher than that of the control group(2 1.4% ) (χ2 =2 2 .6 2 ,P<0 .0 1) .The elimination rate of Helicobactia pyli was 6 2 .5 % in the treatment group which was significantly higher than thatof the control group(11.4% ) (χ2 =2 7.76 ,P<0 .0 0 1) . Conclusion PU-YUAN-WEI-KANG demonstrated better effect for chronic gastritis and well worth clinical application.
