超声心动图对高血压性肥厚型心肌病二维多普勒的诊断价值

ANAL YSIS OF HYPERTENSIVE HYPERTROPHIC CARDIIOMYOPATHY BY TWO DIMENSIONAL AND DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

1目的 探讨二维多普勒超声心动图对高血压性肥厚性心肌病 (HHCME)的诊断价值。 2方法 应用二维多普勒超声心动图检查 896例高血压病人。 3结果 符合 HHCME者 2 4例 ,检出率为 2 .7% ,其中 6 5岁以上有 18例 ,大多表现为左心房扩大、室间隔和左室壁对称性肥厚 (厚度 >16 mm )、左室腔缩小、左室收缩功能超常及左室舒张功能重度受损。 4结论 二维多普勒超声检查是诊断 HHCME简便、客观。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of hypertensive hypertrophic cardiom yopathy(HHCME) by two di- mensional and Doppler echocardiography. Methods 896 patients with hypertension were examined by two dimensional and Doppler echocardiography. Results Out of 896 hypertension patients,2 4cases of HHCME were diagnosed.The detectable rate were 2 .7% ,and 18cases were more than 6 5 years old.Mostof the patients showed enlargementof left atrium,symmetrical thick- eing of IVSand left ventriculer wall(thickness>16 mm) ,decrease of leftventricularcavity,hypernormal of leftventricular systolic function and severe injury of left ventricular diastolic function. Conclusion Examination of two dim ensional and Doppler echocardiography was a simple,accurate diagnostic method of HHCME.
