导电球囊电极导管经食管心脏起搏观察

摘要 1目的 观察自行设计的导电球囊电极导管经食管心脏起搏效果。 2方法 随机选择行电生理检查病人 37例 ,应用导电球囊电极导管经食管心室起搏 ,并与普通金属环电极导管起搏结果进行比较。 3结果 应用导电球囊电极导管 37例中 35例顺利完成经食管心室起搏检查 ,成功率 94.6 % ,起搏阈值 2 5 .2 7± 3.90 V.应用普通金属环电极导管起搏 ,成功率 6 5 .76 % ,起搏阈值 38.6 7± 1.2 8V,两者比较差异有显著意义 (t=16 .11,P<0 .0 1)。4结论 应用导电球囊电极导管心室起搏较应用普通金属环电极起搏成功率高 。 Objective To study the effect of transesophageal heart pacing by using a novel electric balloon electrode. Methods With the new electric balloon electrode,37cases were performed transesophageal atrial pacing and ventricular pacing. The results were compared with that of ordinary loop electrode. Results Transesophageal ventricular pacing in35 of37cases were performed successfully (success rate was 94.6 % ) .The average vote was 2 5 .2 7± 3.90 V.The success rate and average vote in the group with ordinary loop electrode were6 5 .76 % and38.6 7± 1.2 8V respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(t=16 .11,P<0 .0 1) . Conclusion Transesophageal pacing with electric balloon electrode had higher success rate and lower voltage com pared with that of ordinary loop electrode.
