摘要
采用溶肽-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备出系列Bi-Mo复合氧化物催化剂.利用PTA-TG、XRD、BET等测试手段,考察了不同的Bi/Mo比,加助剂Ce等制备条件对Mi-Mo复合氧化物的结晶状态、晶相组成、比表面的影响,并研究了该催化剂用于甲苯选择氧化物的催化性能.
Bi - Mo complex oxide catalgsts have been prepared by sol - gel method at lower temper-ature. Structure and catalytic properties of Bi - Mo comples otide have been studied by using DTA - TGBET、XRD and oxidation of toluene reaction test. It is shawn that the Bi/Mo ratio of O~0 .7can produceMoO3, and Bi2Mo3, phases; The Bi/M030. 8 can pdsce Bi,MoOe and Bi`Mo0 phases. For hle se-lective okidation of toluene to benzaldhyde, the higher selechvity and yield 0f QHs CH0 is the Bi/Mo= 0. 67 0f Bi - Mo comPlex oxide catalyst.
